Macao’s Melting Pot (52 Booths): Experience a wide variety of food including the unique Macanese cuisine. Plus, Macao’s dazzling integrated resorts add to the gourmet flair.
The Big Debut: Portuguese-Speaking Countries (11 Booths): For the first time, let Brazil transport you! Florianópolis, Belém, Paraty, and Belo Horizonte bring the vibrant, soulful tastes of South America.
Fuel Your Feast: With 1000 seats, you can comfortably graze. Live the vibe with Portuguese folk dances, energetic bands, street performers, and playful mascots – it’s a carnival of flavour and fun!
City of Gastronomy Showcase (Culinary Theatre at its Finest): Grab a front-row seat! Top chefs from 28 Creative Cities take the stage for over 60 live cooking demonstrations. Watch masters weave magic with spices and herbs, transforming local traditions into edible art. The best part? Sampling sessions! International Gastronomy Forum, Macao (The Think Tank for Your Taste Buds): On July 14th, dive into the “Spice of Life: Macao’s Culinary Connections.
